1. Which courier do you use for shipping outside of Bulgaria?
We use DPD classic courier, because this is the cheapest way for shipping outside of Bulgaria. If you wish another courier you should manage it yourself.
2. What is the shipping period?
The shipping period is 6 to 12 working days. Based on our practice usually the packages are received in 3-6 days period. This period could be longer for December.
3. Can I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order before we ship it, we will return the full amount of your money.
If we have sent you already the package we will try to stop it and take it back. In this case we will return the full amount of your money minus the paid shipping costs. The costs of the payment back will be on your own. In case this is not possible you should return the package back before send your money back.
In case you have received your package but you would like to return it back you should do it in the same form and look we have sent you. The original product cover should be kept and returned back too. In another case you cannot return the product back. As soon as we receive the product back your money will be returned minus the paid shipping costs.
